Varsity Prints is looking to publish fiction and non-fiction works of interest to young adults of all backgrounds, sexual orientations and ethnicities.
We encourage submissions in fiction and non-fiction in any genre. Authors are encouraged to submit using the form below, but they may submit via postal mail to the address found on our contact info page.
It is important to note that not every manuscript is selected for publication. We ask you to submit the first three chapters of text, so we can get a feel for your writing style. If we like what we see from your submission, we will ask you for a full manuscript submission via postal mail. It is imperative that you provide a correct mailing address, or you will never receive your letter. The number of returned letters is staggering.
Submission Guidelines
What we want:

Novel length fiction (20,000 words to 120,000 words)

Short story compilations (at least 20,000 words)

Non-fiction works (see our Umpire manual as an example)
We do not want:

Poetry (even if it is more than 20,000 words)

Screenplays

Individual short stories – compilations are okay, see above.
The above lists are subject to change at any time
We are committed to actively working with writers in giving each title the attention it deserves, and we respond to every query. Please allow twelve to sixteen weeks for initial reply.
We can only accept submissions from US citizens, who are 18+ years of age.
